Here's a couple of solutions ...

I prefer the conditional text box option (List2) so that the trigger isn't hidden from the user.

List1 (A to F) uses a field event trigger set under doc properties. List2 (G to L) uses a trigger on the conditionally shown text box, but the theories are the same.

Hi Navadeep,

Try to enable the AND mode and try. There is few criteria which should be fulfilled to activate AND mode. Go through that.

Hi,

Select LED option in Presentation tab and uncheck the Always one Selected Value.  When you click on a value in a list box it will deselect existing one and select the new one.

If you want to select multiple values then select by dragging on the check boxes.

Jagan.

Hi Navdeep,

u can do the following:

1. Remove the "always one selected " check box tick.

2. Instead on sheet Prperties add trigger - Select in field > Field name > in search string =if(getselectedcount(Fieldname)=0,"field value")

Ok,I have 2 LEDs and in any case user sould not be able to clear both of them. But as you have suggested, user can clear both of them.

Is there ay other option?

Thank for the time. but in this case also I can clear both LEDs. It should be restricted to selected 1, but max all of them could be selected.

I guess AND would not work here bcz I want OR of both.
