Authentication Required in Web Ticket - Windows Authentication

hi All,

We have configured windows authentication for SSO.

But whenever we are hitting a URL like below for generating ticket, it asks for "Authentication Required" Pop up.

https://<server_name>/QvAJAXZfc/GetWebTicket.aspx?cmd=<Global method='GetWebTicket'><UserId><user></UserId></Global>

Once I add the same, I am getting ticket generated, but how to suppress this pop-up, any idea.

Please assist.
