Auto Refreshing of a dashboard

Hi,

I have created a dashboard that shows call stats for our Service Centre.  I have setup auto reloads for the QVD's,  and the user application, and all is working well.  The issue I have is although the data in the user document updates every 5 mins, the data doesn't show via IE until you click on the document.  So if you have it on a big screen, someone has to click on the document every 5 mins to show the reloaded data.  The only way I can think of getting round this is by getting an app that auto refreshes IE or Google Chrome.

Has anyone any ideas how to get round this?

Try changing the following settings in Settings > Document Properties > Server.  There should be a combination of them that will give you what you're trying to achieve:
