Auto refresh extension

Hi to all

I use autorefresh extension in my file

It works so good in server, but its not work in section access. in section access we should click on desktop to refresh the page,

what should I do to solve this problem?!

Can i know, What kind of section access you used over there?

we use publisher and define access for user with task in qlikview management console.

and user view the qlikview file in web.
