Average over months

Hi Guys,

	Year	Month	Jan	Feb	Mar
Revenue	2018	£20.00	£30.00	£120.00
2019
No of  jobs	2018	10	18	24
2019
Average Revenue	2018	£20.00	£25.00	£56.67
2019
Average No of jobs	2018	10	14	17
2019

Example table above, I need to know the formula/function to use for the average values highlighted in red if possible. I need this to continue across for all 12 months.

Apologies am fairly new to Qlik and still getting used to it all 🙂
