Average over months

Hi Guys,

 YearMonthJanFebMar
Revenue2018£20.00£30.00£120.00

Example table above, I need to know the formula/function to use for the average values highlighted in red if possible. I need this to continue across for all 12 months.

Apologies am fairly new to Qlik and still getting used to it all 🙂
