Averages by type

Hi,

I have a table that contains different costs.  Is it possible to show the high, low and average for each cost type and then also show the trade number that represents these.

Example data is attached in the excel file.

Any help is much appreciated.

Regards,

Daniel

Not quite. See attached example. There are two trade numbers that have to low value for freight. In that case it's not possible to return a number. There are no trade numbers with a value that matches the average value for the description.

Hi,

Thank you for your reply.

Is it possible to show the % difference between each trade number and the avg?

ie

Trade     Description     Value          Avg          %Diff

1011     Freight             1,000,000   808,333    23.71

1014     Freight                600,000   808,333   -25.78

Ideally I would then like to set to show only values over 20% and under -20%.

Is that possible?

Thanks,

Daniel

Buenas tardes,

Podría probar agregar una expresión (sum(Value) / sum(TOTAL Value))*100

Saludos.
