Avoiding filter selection

Hi all

in my UI i have two filter and these two filter are same field value , now the requirement is

if i select the  filter1 then

filter 2 value should not be selected.

attached is the file.

how to make this without doing alternate state.

my assumption,   is to be do in script  rename the filed ,

and if you have any link in both the filed try to break it and try.

Setting ->Document Properties -> general -> Alternate States.

Please share some more details on this. as per the file you have attached both the fields are derived from a same field.
