BEWARE: Don't put ampersand in Sheet ID

HI

BEWARE:  Don't put ampersand, as in &, in a Sheet ID.

I just spent ages bashing my head on this.  When I did it all was fine in the QV Desktop, but in AccessPoint all my objects and most of my sheet disappeared.  On removing the ampersand all was fine again.

In hindsight it was a bit silly of me to do this & now I know why.
