Hi All,

Is it possible to get Text instead of values in a bar chart ?

Sample data:

Date	Summary
3/2/2012	abc
3/3/2012	cde
4/4/2012	efg

I want to paste the summary on Y axis wrt to Date on X axis.

Hi,

You can use Text on Axis option in Chart properties -> Expression -> Display option 1. Test on axis, 2. Test as Pop-up

Hi KC,

Please follow these steps:

• Take Date as Dimension
• Call count(Summary) as Expression
• Call simple Summary as Expression again (Also please checked" values on data point option" here)

What is the expression you wanna build?

If you want the summary on the Y axis and Date on the X axis, you can use scatter chart.
