Baseball Stats

Hey everyone - was trying to dazzle my other coaches with some QV charts but I cannot get the expressions right.  I'm calculating AVG and OBP, the expressions I'm using are below.  What am I forgetting to do??  Thanks in advance.

AVG Expression:    =SUM([1b] + [2b] + [3b] +HR)/(AB)

OBP Expression:   =SUM([1b] + [2b] + [3b] + HR + BB)/(PA)

The result should be represented as  x.xxx

Am I thinking too much like excel?

Try in this way may be -

(Sum([1b])+Sum([2b])+Sum([3b])+Sum(

))/Sum(AB)

You can use Num for result formatting like this -

Num((Sum([1b])+Sum([2b])+Sum([3b])+Sum(

))/Sum(AB),'#,##0.000')
