BlackBerry Browser Problem!

Can enyone help us to get the Black Berry browser up and running?

I downloaded the application to several BB models and when I try to open it I get a message box saying messge and no more. The site i try to enter is demo.qlik.com, mobile directory and later server not found or document not found.

Perhaps it is a matter of configuration?

Has anybody managed to get the BB running?
