Hello - a colleague just purchased a new pc and installed the newest qlikview version. Now, she continues to get a blue screen. I'm wondering if anyone has run into these issues.

Is it qlikview application crash? Can you try to reboot your PC and check again, or it may be your PC hardware fault check with your IT infra team.

What is the Qlikview version and Windows OS you are using?
I have tried Windows 10 with QV 12. I havent had any issue. Can you please share the configuration of your new PC?
PC: Windows 7 Service Pack 1, 32 GB of RAM, 64 bit, Intel Core i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40 GHz
QV: version 12.10.20100.0 SR3
Again, could be nothing with Qlik but wondering if Windows 7 has issues with QV 12?
