Bold text in PivotTable

When I set text format on a dimension to bold ='<B>' in a PivotTable, it works when the field is not pivoted.

When I pivot the field, not all items in the field are bolded.

Is this a known issue in QV?

I am using 9.00.7440.8 SR3.

Hi,

I see this problem too.

For this I configure the qlikview: Settings > User Preferences > Design > check "Always Show Design Menu Itens".

After configure, click with right button and will be show the option "Custon Format Cell".

There you can configure the column whith bold.

I use this solution for my problem.

I have no problem with QV SR6, but this bug is not registered in the QlikTech's known bugs list.

I have tested in SR4 and SR5 and found the problem in both releases. Further testing shows that the problem occurs when data is missing in the first row of the PivotTable. Any columns with data in the first row will display bold.

The issue is not limited to Text Format, but includes background color and font color as well.

The workaround is not to allow missing values in the table.
