Bookmarks not working as expected

I am having an issue with server bookmarks.

The bookmarks select the required Sheet and Object (report) but do not bring in the specific field selections.

For example; a bookmark selects the Customer Sheet, the Customer Detail Report but does not select the specific Customers from the Customer field as required by the bookmark.

It would appear that a recent update to the document has caused the issue.  I believe this to be the case as the 'live' shared file (bookmarks) works as expected when used with the previous version of the document.

This happens using both the IE plugin and Ajax.

It happens for all server bookmarks across different users and different PCs.

I should also note that recreating the bookmark on the live document works as expected.

No 'bookmark' changes were made in the latest document version.

What might cause this issue?

Is there a solution without having to roll back to the previous document version?

Thanks in advance

Hi,

how did you create the bookmark? you did the selections and then created the bookmark? or did you add the bookmark as an expression? so that it will be recalculated every time?

Hi Malek,

In all cases, the selections were made and then the bookmark was created.

what i meant was, does the bookmark return a fix set of data or an expression? you can check that in the current selections box.

Understood.

The bookmarks return a fixed set of data.

For example, one particular bookmark should return a specific Sales Manager and several specific Customers.

Hi Malek,

Had you any more thoughts on this?

We are still experiencing this issue.

Thanks,
