Bookmarks unavailable for selection on the drop-down (greyed out) in Access point

Issue with Qlikview Access point, intermittently unresponsive forcing me to refresh my browser and

my bookmarks become unavailable for selection on the drop-down (greyed out).

which version of IE ur using?

If not latest  u can upgrade the version of IE?

It is the latest version of IE 11 only but still bookmarks become unavailable for selection on the drop-down (greyed out).

I am still facing the same issue(bookmarks become unavailable for selection on the drop-down (greyed out)), could anyone please help me with this issue.
