Build Chart to show when value gets changed from old to new

Hi ALL

I am facing challenge in building chart to show  below  with reference the sample data shown below.

1. Dates as dimension when Value of Text1 changed for each ID.

E.g.  For ID - 12345, Text1 value changed from 'ABC_DEF_GEF_123' to 'ABC_DEF_123' on 28/07/2019 and from 'ABC_DEF_123' to 'ABC_123' on 03/11/2019.

I want to these dates in dimension and Text1 values to highlight the changed values.

2. How to show this changes for all IDs from my dataset like for one ID above.

I Have tried using Previous function to compare each row value and flag for row where value gets changed , but I am not getting expected output from this.

can you draw rough chart so that we will get some idea how you want to look at it
