not sure what you need, but you can add like for like comparison, and also compare sales to other information to see if you have any sort of correlation between sales and other values like customer satisfaction, employee turnover etc... it all depends on your business model and the question that you are trying to answer.
you should not search for the analysis that you can do with the data rather than what is the question or the objective that you want to reach then you will design the application to answer your need.
