Button Action for 'Open Qlikview Document'

I have a qvw that has a Button with an 'Action' to 'Open Qlikview Document' with the document path/name.  However, I created another document in the same path and have added the same Button with same Action, but when I click on the button from Access Point it does not open the file; it just shows a blank screen (not that it does however open the qvw from the Qlikview Desktop application.  Any thoughts on this?  Thanks in advance.

May be try to give the 'Open URL' Action instead of 'Open Qlikview Document' when you are deploy this in server.

Try to use Open URL or check your path is correct.
