Button Issue

Dear All,

Greetings for the day.

I have a dashboard with few list boxes and one pivot table. I have a button in the same board with PRINT SHEET option. This button is working good in one depot (In S1 Warehouse) and not working in other depots (S2, S3 Warehouse's). But we are using same server. Please let me know what is the issue. Thanks in advance.

Check browsers/clients they are using. I.e. ajax or IE and the versions as well.

The print sheet button requires that the sheet name is entered. Has the sheet named changed recently? Are you sure it is correct for the other depots' systems?

Sorry to think of the obvious

Thanks for your replies.

In same system(Desktop) where QV is using,I am able to access and print the sheet by using one user id (Named Cal). But in same system I am not able to print the sheet by using another Id's (I tried both Named Cal and Dicument Cal).

Can some one pls suggest me, where I am doing wrong. Thanks in advance.
