I have a dashboard with few list boxes and one pivot table. I have a button in the same board with PRINT SHEET option. This button is working good in one depot (In S1 Warehouse) and not working in other depots (S2, S3 Warehouse's). But we are using same server. Please let me know what is the issue. Thanks in advance.
That option (Allow Print) is enabled. Actually I will explain my issue.
In my server, there are few named cal's and document cal's.
EG:- Named Cal's -- A,B, Document Cal's -- C,D,E
When I used "A" id for domain login and then if I used any id (Either A,B,C,D,E) for qv accesspoint, then print is coming perfectly. But If I used "B" id for domain login and then use any id, that print is not working.
But A and B are named cal's. There is no differ. Hope u understand my issue. Please let me know the solution.
Hey Reena, Try if you are able to print any test page using B login credentials. I think it is not issue with qlikview button but with print access in windows and Network team.
I mean for A printer is configured but for B printer is not working. Reason why I am saying this is because even when you don't have MS Office install that time if you click on export to excel option it won't work at all and no warning or no message pops up.
