CIA reports manager - capture input date from calendar object

Hi all,

My application uses CIA Reports Manager for Printing Qlikview Reports in Excel/Pdf .

I have 2 calendar objects that use vPeriodStart and vPeriodEnd for defining start_date and end_date for defining date range. The charts in the app use the variables in the expression

sum({TXDATE = {">=$(vPeriodStart)<=$(vPeriodEnd)"}>}AMT)

(dates are in numeric format like 41929)

This works fine in Qlikview, and the data gets filtered n the basis of user selected dates.

Problem is , the generated report does not filter data on the date selected, but displays data for entire date range.

Request your help and thoughts on accomplishing this.
