Calculate actual Inventory

Dear Qlikviewers,

In the table below you will the data that i've to calculate the actual inventory each day.

How to calculate the actual amount? It should sum the highest SerialNr per WarehouseNr. In this case SerialNr 4,5 and 3. Who can help me out? The explanation what the columns mean see below

Artikelnr=Unique number

Datum=date

Serialnr=Unique number for every day

WarehouseNr=Warehouse number for every record

WH1/WH2/WH3=every warehouse has it own colomn
