Calculate and Color cells in Pivot Chart base on data from previous rows

Pivot Table.png

Anyone know if it is possible to calculate and color cells using data from previous cells in a pivot table?

The requirement is to highlight in different colors whether Available Stock can fulfill Demand from Customers.

In the Pivot Chart above, for Parts <Charlie>, the Cell for Customer <A> should be colored Green for fully fulfilled, the Cell for Customer <B> should be Yellow for partially fulfilled (need 5 but only have 2 after fulfilling customer <A>) and finally the Cell for Customer <C> should be Red for not able to fulfilled.
