Can you explain the output... be clear.
PFA expected output, I'm not having any condition for that, just leave it that info.
here,we have to concentrate always the difference between inbound(Reply received) and outbound(Awaiting Reply) responses.
but first time, the difference between outbound(Awaiting Reply) - created date.
kindly help!
hi,
Expected out is attached in reply to Braga.
Conditions are mentioned in excel comments column.
Actually i'm trying to calculate the number of days between outbound(Awaiting Reply) and inbound(Reply received) emails of a particular ticket!?
There are multiple case for same ticket like below.
Case1: If status is Awaiting reply first time, we can consider for calculation Subtract from “LASTCHANGEDTS – CREATETS”
Case2: If status is Awaiting reply in 2nd time for same Ticket number, we have to consider for calculation
Subtract from “If 1’st Reply received exist before awaiting reply version id ,then LASTCHANGEDTS of current version id– 2’nd Awaiting reply LASTCHANGEDTS”
Case 3: If status is Awaiting reply in 3rd time for same Ticket number, we have to consider for calculation
Subtract from “Second Reply received LASTCHANGEDTS –3’rd Awaiting reply LASTCHANGEDTS”
..Etc.
Case 4: Incase if status holds Awaiting reply without Reply received (next version of Awaiting reply) no need to consider this record for calculation.
Kindly help if possible!
Now I'm not sure I understood what you need, can you please clarify better?
