Calculate status-RGY based on range of associated values from excel

Hi

I have ranges and associated values in excel.. i have to import this to QVW and do calc based on the excel to generate the status.

range.xlsx gives the ranges from which we need to calcualte.

PFA the test_range qvw for reference. i want the status calculated in status expression.

Help much appreciated.
