Calculate the billing Consistency Region Wise

Hi,

I have 4 fields,

region, Ship_To_Code, Date, Sales.

Calculate the billing Consistency Region Wise -

Sales more than 1-Lakh in last 3 month on the basis of Ship_To_Code.

• If any Ship_To_Code is billing for more than 1-Lakh in last 3 months for 1 time, then it should be represent in column of 1/3.
• If any Ship_To_Code is billing for more than 1-Lakh in last 3 months 2 times, then it should be represent in column of  2/3.
• If any Ship_To_Code is billing for more than 1-Lakh in last 3 months 3 times, then it should be represent in column of  3/3.

I need to calculate it on back-end.
