Calculating an attrition rate ?

Hello Everyone,

How to calculating an Attrition Rate ?

Please give an Idea for expression 
Formula – (total no. of employees exited in that Financial Year/ Average no. of employees
in that Financial Year * 100).
Formula for Average no. of employee – (Total no. of employees every month / 12).

What do you mean by "Financial Year"

Hi @Anil_Babu_Samineni,

 if your financial year is from 1 April 2018 to 31 March 2019, then it is known as FY 2018-19.
