Can I get QV to use AND instead of OR in ListBox?

Hello,

I'm trying to create a classification of our customer, grouping them by which product categories they have purchased from.

E.g.

Customer 1 has bought products from category X and Y
Customer 2 has bought products from category X and Z

In my application I have a list box with the categories and if I select X and Y I get both customer 1 and 2 in my result.
I assume that the reason is that in QV, OR is used when you select many values.

Is there a way to change this to AND for this object?

If not, is there another way of getting around this?

I dug up this example, but it seems a little clunky. The list box on the left behaves normally. The "list box" on the right behaves as a logical AND - IDs are only displayed in the chart if they have BOTH selected codes.
