Can QlikView Server and QlikView Web Server seperated in 2 VM?

Dear Expert,

I have a scenario like this:

I have 2 virtual machine. The plan is, the first vm i will install qlikview server which is Qlikview Management Console, and the second vm i will install qlikview web server which is Qlikview Access Point.

The qvw files I put in first vm.

If I access to the Access Point (second vm) from local computer, can I read the qvw file that I put in first vm?

Simple, can QVS and QVWS separated in 2 VM but still communicate each other?

How about the licensing?
