Can any one help out me to create one user defined value in list box?

Hi Friends,

I have country field in listbox with country names as below.

Country

uk

india

australia

hongkong

canada

I have a scenario to create a field value "All" along with country names in list box as below.

Country

All

uk

india

australia

hongkong

canada

Atlast I need to get the complete data related to all countries when i click on "All" field value.

Please help on this.

If you select no countries in the List Box then all countries will be displayed.

On the Caption tab of the List Box you could tick the Special icon for Clear and then the eraser will appear in the caption and you can click to get all countries.

Super Markham! I am thinking in very complicated way.

Anyhow we are looking to implement to get as field value in listbox as our client requested to get as field in country.

maybe adding a new field, NewCountry and using that as a listbox

a:

load

  distinct

  Country,

  Country as NewCountry

Resident ........;

load

  distinct

  Country,

  'ALL' as NewCountry

Resident ........;

IMHO is better to use the Special Icon "Select All"
