Can hover time for rollover text be longer?

My help text is rather lengthy on one of our dashboards. It's impossible to read it all before the text disappears. Is there any way to increase how long the hover text displays? Presently it's only visible for 5-6 seconds.

Follow-up.  I discovered this is only an issue in Internet Explorer.  In Chrome and Edge, the text displays as long as the cursor is over the item.

This most likely has to do with the JavaScript engine in IE would be my best hunch on things, you could check to be sure IE is running in IE 11 mode and not an earlier version  mode etc., but that is about all of which I can think that might change things.   The other thing you might be able to test is if you have the Chromium version of Edge, you could try the IE mode there to see how that behaves, things might be different there, not sure.
