Can no longer export from Access Point. Help!

Hello,

I create and deployed and application to access point for coworkers to leverage. They were able to export to excel with no problem. Recently, exporting has been disabled. I haven't made any changes to any settings and made sure that everything was enabled in the document security settings, but still no luck. Is there a reason why this would happen?

Please check if excel is present in the local machine

It is. I was able to send to excel with this app before, and I have another app on AccessPoint that allows me to send to excel right now, same AP login, same settings, and same local computer.

Hi

may be a modifiation occured on IE, so XL has to be put as a trusted site

Please check if browser update has been done and check if problem with update
