Can reference lines be made to display horizontally in this chart?

I have got 2 reference lines displayed as vertical lines. Can they be made horizontal by any chance in this chart as the other bars?

Share some sample data with example qvw. It will be very helpful to sort out this issue.

attached. I want the reference line to be displayed horizontally as another bar. I don't think it is straightforward.

thanks. But I would make the Median displayed as per the order of the value. I mean it should have been displayed 3rd rather than at the bottom.
