Can't download QlikView Governance Dashboard

Hi,

When I go to QlikView Governance Dashboard I can't see no download button. I tried many other links but each one is redirected to QV Personal Edition site. I use Personal Edition myself, just for trying/learning purposes.

Found thread QlikView Governance Dashboard download?, it looks like I have to be a customer/partner to get QV GD which is a free software?
