Can´t ignore selection in a aggr(rangesum expression

Hi

I can´t get the ignore parameter Month=, in the below expression to work

sum(aggr(rangesum(above(Sum({<Year=, Month=, Year={$(=max(Year-1))}, MOTP1_ID = {1,2}, Acount_ID ={">=30000"} >} Cost),0,12) ),Month))

How can I force it to Always show the acc for all months? It´s a linechart.
