I am not able to open QEMC and QMC.
Environment Details:
QlikView Developer Version – 10.00.9282.8 SR 4
Window OS - Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Service Pack 1 (64 bit edition)
Number of CPUs – 24
Ram Amount – 64.0 GB
All the QlikView services are started. I am sending all the services details, software installation details.
Also Internet Explore screen details.
All the file are attached in JPEG format.
Please help me on this ASAP.

It looks like security issues. If I am setting up new users and they don't have proper security, it won't let them see the management console. Are you a part of the admin group?
