Cannot connect to Oracle DB after update

Hi @ll,

can anyone help me to analyse the obbc.log (attached)?

Background informations:

Customer has installed 8.50 SR5. Since then QV crashes upon ODBC connection
OLE DB connection works, Oracle ODBC driver 10.204

running the same connect string in QV 8.20.5415 no problems are encountered at all

Are you tried use a OLEDB connector?

OLEDB is working fine. But the customer think, it's a little bit slower than ODBC
