Cant Print Gauge Chart

Hi,

I want to print a gauge chart in a report. But when I print it about AccessPoint (IEPlugin) or Desktop Client the Gauge Chart ist only a empty circle.

When I print it about the Qlikview-Server, then the chart is print completely.

We have QV11 SR2.

Any Ideas whats the problem?
