Change based on selection(Activity)

Hi,

Table i have created for Meeting is loosely coupled.

I want to change in values of YTD and LY based on the Activity Type(Filter--->2nd image).

When i am selecting any of the activity type it remains same(showing same values) as without selecting Activity Type.

Any idea how to do that?

I want change in only last two fields(YTD and LY), other will remain same.
