Change color of bar borders (Bar chart)

Hi!

I'm new 🙂 I need to change color of bar borders. I could to add border, but I couldn't change color of borders.

Please help me.

The Help does not seem to indicate there is any method to do this, so the only thing I can suggest is submitting things in the IDEA area of Community:
