Change text Style in expression / with calculated formula

Hi Community,

1) is it possible to style text inside an expression for example:

The garden is Bold(Green('green') and the house is Bold(Brown('brown'))   ?

2) is it possible to style for example chart text with the help of a calculated formula. See picture:
