Changing Data using Macro?

Without using Input Field and Without using Reload,

Is there any way to change Field Values using Macros.

In version 9 the new real time update service will allow you to update data in your application using external APIS.

This is the only way to update your data without reloading the data.

other ways can be to user partial reload in order to limit the time to refresh your application...
