Changing Date Formats

Hi Guyz,

I am stuck at a point, Need your inputs. Please find the attached Document.

I Have a filter with date formats and a Text Object with today's date. What I need to do is, Upon selecting a item in the filter the date format should be changed as the format selected from the list box.
