Changing icon in EI access point

I'm wondering how to customize the icon shown to users through the EI access point. Currently some icons show a picture of a worksheet, another just shows me a large dollar sign.

Anybody know how to customize this image?

I just needed this today and I found the option in Document Properties --> Opening.

In the lower left corner you find 'Document Thumbnail'. Set it on Image. However, I have not tried it yet, but I'm pretty sure it will do what we are looking for
