Chart Animation

Is it possible to create Animated charts in QlikView in a similiar way to Hans Rosling Gapminder (http://www.gapminder.org/).

I would like to add additional dimension and use the animation as the date/time dimension. Can I achieve this in QlikView?

Of course, it's possible

Create a scatter plot with

Dimensions

1-   the time  => go to animed dimension to set

2-   the bubble your entities you want to compare

3-   the color of the bubble  (example : the region)

Expression

   1-  X

   2- Y

   3- Size of the bubble

look at the attachment

That's very helpful. Thank you.

Can I set one of the dimension as the size of the bubble?

Is it possible to animate other charts such as a bar charts?

Yes, You can set one of the dimension as Size of the bubble.  You just need to give an expression for that
