Chart logic Help

Hi all,

i have show Dispute and Non Dispute Amount... Dispute has Dispute types but Non Dispute has not.

now i want Non Dispute should show single Bar but Dispute should show stack bar with respect to their Dispute Types.and i want to plot it with respect to WEEKS.
