Hi,
I'm relatively new to QlikView so this might be something really simple ...
I'm trying to chart Net Promoter Scores by month.
Net Promoter Score = % Promoters - % Detractors
I've set up variables to calculate the % Promoters and % Detractors
I've checked these against the original spreadsheet and these are calculating correctly by month.
However, when I use these variables as Expressions a monthly chart, I get completely different numbers displaying on the chart.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Tim.
I think you accidentally checked the option for relative for all of your expressions. That leaves you with wrong calculations - rather go to the Numbers tab an select all your expressions there and select "Fixed to 1 decimals" and check the check box "Show in Percent (%)". See below:
*Facepalm* Doh!
Perfect!
Thanks, Petter.
And thanks for responding so quickly.
Much appreciated,
Tim.
It was a correct answer .... wasn't it?
Thanks Petter,
Yes, it was.
I'm now desperately searching the screen for a way to mark the question as resolved!
Tim.
