Chart "look" changing on its own?

Hi All,

I have a combo chart with the "look" set to the third option (Look is under Style).  This essentially makes the bars look sharp with shadows and so forth.  I noticed yesterday while play with some of my date filters that this changes randomly?  I checked back with the chart properties style tab and the third option remains selected even when its not displaying it correctly.  QlikView bug??

Okay.  Please take a look.  The difference is small, one graph has a shadow effect on the bars (bar_chart_right) while the other is just solid colors.  This effect is controlled in the chart properties->style->look options.  I want the third option.  For some reason, when I change my filters, this property isn't retained even though it says it is.
