Chart should be static irrespective of selection

Hi Experts - I have a quick clarification...

In the attached qvw... i have a Calculated Date field (Plz forget the logic in that expression )

Now my requirement is , When i select the date in that Multibox... i dont want any corresponding selection to happen in the chart below .... Strictly plz suggest other than ALTERNATIVE STATE

Here is what I want you to do for me

Create a straight table with following

Dimension

1) YDAY

2) CALENDAR_YEAR_MONTH_CD

3) Month_Name

4) Year_Name

Expression

1) Sum({<CALENDAR_YEAR_MONTH_CD, YDAY, Month_Name, Year_Name>}[Financial Plan])

2) Sum([Financial Plan])

and post a screenshot

So based on the selection, value of the first expression did not change.... Isn't this what you wanted?

Yea!! But in Chart it is not behaving this way..

Can you convert this into a chart and see if the value changes?
