Are you trying to export the chart to some pdf.?

If so go to Go to Menu Options->Reports->Add report

In that we can drag the required chart to the layout.

Once done save the reports, and we can see the same in Menu Options-<Reports

You an move the legend to the bottom of the chart by holding CONTROL+Shift when you are on the chart and then dragging the legged where you need.

A guess the red arrow you will have to build uself using New LIne\Arrrow object
